“Good location off airport, in Owasso. Rented a truck in November 2019 for trip in May. Great price, however when I went to pick up the truck. It was FILTHY ! Refused the truck, did not have another available. They then offered me a Nice BMW, for 20.00 more, it was clean. Ran great, a little lower view. Obviously. Satisfied. Will rent from them again. Recommend.”

“Rented a BMW 330 from neighborhood Enterprise store for an 800 mile road trip to Estes Park, CO in September, 2020, for about $60 per day. Check out was smooth, most of the time was spent showing me the features of the car. Excellent drive, 65-80 mph all day long. The only feature I did not care for was the lane correction feature. I was annoyed when I was auto-steered back into my lane. Just a matter of learning to signal every time I crossed a lane line (like to prepare for a pass on a two lane road), Check in was easier than check out. A great rental experience”

“My husband and I usually tent camp but now having small children we decided to rent an RV. Everything was done online which is great for social distancing. They were very accommodating to our needs. We changed our dates after booking and they assisted us with no worries. When picking up the Rv they were very thorough! RV was clean looked brand new. She answered all our questions. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because for the price I think cleaning exterior and interior should be including . They said if we did not scrub off the bugs they would charge up to 75$ . So we took it to a car wash for 9 dollars. We ended up receiving our deposit back minus the generator usage fee. ( So minus 9$). I would recommend them 100%!”

“Booked Emerald Aisle, as I usually do for ease, speed and options. My flight landed at 8:30 pm, when I got to rental car, there was only 1 vehicle available. Agents weren't wearing masks and when I asked about the lack of choices they told me that's completely normal for that time of day. Had I known, I would have selected differently to ensure I got a vehicle that would be fuel economical.”

I will definitely recommend Avis to friends and family! Only thing I would recommend is having quarter rolls on hand for people using turnpike going to Lawton available for purchase. This way there is no need to make an extra stop to get quarters prior to heading to your destination.”
