“Promised a mini excavator on Friday for a weekend checkout. It came back damaged from person who rented before. No call telling us there was not one available so I made a trip for nothing. On the plus side, one came available on Saturday and they called us. We were able to rent it and get our dirt work finished. Upon returning, we were charged $25 for not cleaning it although my husband used power washer on it. Even that was okay, but staff wasn't very friendly. I think we would rather deal with Crossland because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Picture is when I returned it. It looked pretty clea. To us.”

“Took an aluminum wheel to see if he could fix it. Small crack and the tire would not hold air. He kept it overnight and after I got it back I took it to the tire shop and had the tire remounted. No leaks and very reasonable on his cost. Especially when you think what a new 22" wheel would cost, even if I could find a match. He's a straight up guy and will use him again if I need some work done.”
