There was a silver SUV blocking the entrance so I pointed at the car wash and asked through my windshield "Is it closed?" The person in the driver seat started screaming through their window and waving their hands at me with an angry look on their face. I understand that they close at 8 but I thought I was there sooner. I didn't deserve to be screamed at and the lack of unprofessionalism was disgusting, especially if they were an employee. I come here a few times a week and usually everyone is great. A simple head shake to say they were closed would have sufficed. Angrily screaming at me was uncalled for.”

The gentleman running it today was amazing! My car was scrubbed almost all over before it even went in the wash! I don't know his name but he is a wonderful asset to this business. The vacuums work, really great suction. The place is clean and the rates are VERY reasonable. I just found out today that Tuesdays and Wednesdays are $2.00 off! I highly encourage the users to tip the employee! He does a fantastic job in a wet, noisy and dirty area!”
