“I have been connected to this church in some way for over 30 years. . . I grew up here as a child before falling away and chasing the world for 13 years. When the Lord drew me back into this church in 2014 I was so surprised at how much it had changed for the good. I am so grateful for Pastor Douglas Jones and the current church staff! They are not only kind and personable, but they are leading this body into genuine, biblical worship, discipleship, outreach, evangelism, & missions. I left Oklahoma 6 years ago without a family; the church members here have been so welcoming as my family just recently moved back to Harrah. I love that my young family is surrounded by many others in our stage of life. Going to church is the highlight of our week--both Sundays & Wednesdays. To see how excited my children get about going is such a blessing. We even attend a home-school PE class here on Tuesdays that is facilitated by two of Harrah's most respected educators of the past. In fact, this church is full of educators from the past and present--I think that's cool. Seriously, my wife & children's transition to a new culture has been made so easy because of our church family. We have spent so many Friday and Saturday nights with other families--either at their homes or our own--just building relationships. Our Sunday Morning Growth Group really gets to the meat and potatoes of the Scripture we study every time. Oh, and the fact that our church has a ministry center for the community to come and have their needs met is truly awesome! I know that FBC Harrah cares about this community and wants to see each and every family transformed by the Gospel of Christ, saved from their sins--and to grow in close abiding discipleship relationships. Obviously, I'm a little partial. But after serving in six different churches over the last six years, it is so refreshing to be back home with my church family. If you have never visited us, or just haven't been in years, I would love for you to be my guest. Seriously, just ask for Dustin Dooley. I'm certain you will feel blessed by witnessing how God is at work among this body of believers.”

“This church is an amazing, family friendly,God loving church that my own kids attend. Pastor Jon is truly one of the "better" pastors I've gotten to know over the years and if your truly in a bind and need a helping hand he and the church members are quick to provide you assistance even if not a member yourself, however they will provide you with the provisions to a better healing via prayers, or just a simple knock at the door for an actual healing hand or simply just to make sure your doing alright. At first I was skeptical as I am with many churches I have grown to know and LOVE the congregation even though i myself am not a member i will proudly refer this church to anyone seeking to kno God better or just need to regain their faith. God truly does exercise his true purpose through the months of many whom attend this church. If your lost and or just seeking, knock(actually just walk on in) no judgments, no questions only pure Love in this community. I am one to see with my eyes the generosity in whether a last minute baby shower needs thrown without explanation at the church or a treehouse built for underprivileged children, a food basket for one who may need it for holiday occasions or simply a lifted heart and warm wishes and many of nights full of prayers when ones child is sick. I am grateful for the many things these genuinely nice people have done for just me and my own. I just imagine what they'll do for you and yours if you give them a chance.
