I've been having a rough time recently, and talking to her really helped to lift my spirits. I really wish we had more people like her out there, she was an absolute pleasure and I'll definitely be popping in more to say hi and check the store out! Product organization and pricing needs work. The store was clean but a little unorganized. The staff was friendly and attentive and quickly greeted me and answered any questions. Helped me find the item I was looking for. But the product category which was home goods (hangers) had many missing or covered over price tags.”

“I am not a fan of Dollar General as a whole nor overly fond of this location in particular. I often drive out of my way to avoid it but visit by necessity on occasion given its proximity to the somewhat rural location of our home. However, this location has one thing going for it and that is an employee by the name of Roman. Roman stands out like a shining light in his environment. He is always smiling and engaging. He is thoughtful in offering help like locating merchandise or bagging items with ultimate regard and consideration for the customer. He makes the experience smoother and more pleasant for everyone he encounters - I’ve observed this every time he is on site. I believe his talents are being wasted in his current role and firmly believe he would be an outstanding addition and asset to any organization smart enough to hire him. “I frequent this store a lot as it’s very close to where I live. I love the night staff. They are super friendly. My middle daughter left her coin purse behind offering one of the cashiers a ‘tip’ (in candy, of course, lol) and didn’t realize she had left it. I stopped by this store a few days later. The little lady behind the counter said ‘Oh! My coworker saved your daughter’s coin purse when she left it the other night, let me go get it!’ It’s little things like this that make certain staff and business so much more memorable. The amount of kindness I received that day was awesome. Both men that work there are always kind and helpful. (I know one is Donovan but I can’t remember the other guy’s name) I love this store mainly for its staff.”

“We stopped in here for drinks. I can't say too much about it, we weren't in here that long but... The parking lot is really small. Cars parked at the fuel station need to watch for other cars backing out. Inside looks clean, there's a sanitizing table right when you walk in that holds masks and hand sanitizer available for the customers. All the staff was wearing masks as well. They also offer Subway and Godfathers pizza inside. Customers were coming and going so it looks like they definitely keep busy for such a small establishment. We both got sweet teas...that were not that sweet, we had to add some sugar. They looked pretty well stocked, aisles clear. The bathrooms could use a little attention but it looked like only 2 employees were here and both were helping customers so they may be waiting for a break to check on them. The lady that waited on us was very polite and a little funny...all in all I'd stop here again!”
