“Since my very first shopping experience at this DG, it has totally turned around for the best. It no longer had the atmosphere of a roadside outdoor sidewalk sale or thrift store flea market. It now has an customer friendly vibe it is entirely so much cleaner, well organized, fully and neatly stocked with plenty of merchandise selection, price ranges, and even more sanitary in comparison to what it once was. Even the employees actually give off a good vibe as if they are being professional while also staying thankful for their job and appear to stay motivated enough to keep isles clear enough for a shopping cart loaded with screaming youngsters where are needing a nap so very bad but who usually clear the shelves of anything they are close too. I'm so serious. But even today I had plenty of time so I searched thoroughly for an isle blocked with a mess and unattended. But there was not one single isle blocked. This was the best and most enjoyable DG shopping experience I have ever had. So THANK YOU & Mvto (that is thank you in the Muscogee (Creek) language pronounced easily: mud-dough)”

“Today at 9:36 am my husband went in the station and paid for some monsters and gas. He realized 30 mins later that he didn’t ever pump the gas. So he called up there immediately and the awesome blonde woman working said she had saw him pull away and noticed he never pumped the gas so she credited his card with the money already. I just wanted to leave a review to say that is so awesome and I was so pleased with that! Not only did they give him the gas back I was very impressed that she was paying such good attention that she noticed before us. She was so kind on the phone when we called I wish I knew her name but I don’t. It was Thursday May 5th at 9:36 am and a blonde woman! “They have 2 dog parks in 1. Gated with tables/ chairs/poop bags and trash cans! I've never seen this before it's wonderful since alot of us travel with our 🐕. I would love it, if they had a section just for our dogs. Collars, pee pads, collapsible water bowls, leashes and chew bones to keep them occupied while in the car. I think they'd make a heck of alot more in that section then on the shot glasses and key chains lol Got to give my girl Lilly some ball time...she gets crapped up in the truck. “I prefer this location over other Dollar General locations in neighboring towns. This location is a good place to pop in for a quick visit when I am needing to pick up a few supplies & don't want to have to drive all the way into Shawnee to visit the big box store. It's always nice to check out the new items that they may have gotten in since my last visit. I like that this location is located close by in my hometown. The only downside is the DG app is not correct when it says an item is available in the store for purchase. Visited 9-25-22.”

“Pete's as a chain is a pretty decent chain of convenience stores. The Pete's in Oologah is a great down home, friendly atmosphere. They have a fairly large selection of pre-made deli items and are happy to customize anything on their menu. They also offer pizza, both ready-to-go and made-to-order. Plenty of gas and diesel pumps, including a couple of high flow pumps for big trucks and several parking spots for semis. Highly recommend!”
