“They reinforced a sofa and chair frame for me as part of a restoration project. Very well done. They also suggested a wood refinishing guy that did an amazing job, and they handled transport to and from (for a minor fee). They also rebuilt the sofa on my frame with a couple pictures for ideas and a couple discussions about materials (I ended up ordering a 100% cotton Velvet in an indigo color online because it was hard to find). They also delivered to my home. The finished product is beautiful, unique, and sturdy.”

“We still have one technician we are waiting to come out this week and fix a part on our new pool pump, but I have no worries that they will be prompt and take care of the issue. From our first moment in the store dealing with our salesman, Earl to dealing with the crew who put our pool up, I only got the name of one of the three gentleman his name was Brock, we then had another technician come out to bring a part that had been left out on the same day of install, the next day two other technicians came out to put the pool steps in our pool and exchange the ones we had wrongly received, everyone we have dealt with has been professional, courteous, and prompt. My husband had to go into the store with questions for the pump not working and to take in a water sample to get the pool going, the lady that does the pool school helped him and was so helpful. I just can’t say enough good things about our experience with Galaxy. We will definitely be recommending you to our friends and family! Everyone that has been to our house has worked hard,never slacking and with a smile to share. We want to commend you on your wonderful employees and the experience we’ve had with Galaxy!”
