Devon called within 10 minutes of my call and said he was in the area and would swing by. This was something I did not expect. He came out, brought his ladder out and fixed the issue immediately. He also looked at the flashings around my chimney which turned out to be all right. All in all I was very impressed with the company’s response to a minor issue on a roof several years old. “I come to this location on Wed since the Orange location which I prefer just based on size/location is closed for cleaning. I have gone to many and this is my 2nd fave. Clean for a dog park. Since it's sand and fake grass my dog gets less dirty, but unfortunately my only complaint is that it's just kinda small other it's wonderful. So thankful that the owners are good about their dogs and also cordial.”
