I had to go out of town when Raines came, he checked it out fixed the problem and texted me that it was $98 bucks. I would not have known the difference if he would have told me 1k. I had been without hot water for eleven days dealing with my home warranty and another plumbing company who were horrible all the way around ...when I reached out to Brandon and Heather for help...Brandon himself and his guys came out quick, gave me the options on replacing my hot water tank and explained which option would probably be best AND went ahead and installed my water heater that day so I wouldn’t have to go without hot water any longer . The guys that installed my water heater were very polite and when they were done walked through everything with me. Very honest, reasonable, professional and compassionate to my situation ...something that is extremely hard to come across now a days. It’s nice to be able to say I now have a plumbing company.
