This service required far more than the ability to slap a new unit on the wall, the entire burner/heat exchanger was replaced. The Navien is a really nice heater and now is the equal of a new unit. “Barger Mechanical was a great experience. Going above and beyond to help find a leak detection (provided us with a reasonable and reliable defection company) and fix the pipe in our floor. They left the room looking exactly like they walked in to it. Communicated effectively either by phone call or by text. The leak fix took less than four hours. Great customer service and work ethic. At the same time we also had a blower motor go out in our furnace. Barger mechanical had their HVAC specialist out there and communication within minutes. Not only did they drop by in between appointments. They communicated and worked overtime to fix our air. Giving tips to cleaning AC so it functions properly. Overall 10 stars!”
