“Vern at Comfort Caire had done a full HVAC replacement for a family member, so I called him to look at my struggling A/C. To my delight, he discovered that it was just a matter of my condenser coils being clogged with grass, leaves, dirt, etc. Vern showed me the right way to spray out the coils and verified that the head pressure was now 300# (good) vs. 400# (bad) before. He could have said I needed freon or I needed a whole new unit. But he was honest, and I greatly appreciate that. I know who I'll call (and recommend) the next time a need arises.”

I asked if it would be a problem with the unit sitting a little canted (nothing drastic). Omar used rubber shims not only to level the unit but to eliminate any vibration AT NO CHARGE & without me asking. The invoice is very explanatory in format but also Omar's description of what was done was very detailed and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more from the company or from the technician. “They installed a new heating and air unit for us a little while back. When we had issues with the furnace after an ice storm Darren came out and fixed everything for us and got it running quickly. He even found another small issue with the furnace that was covered under warranty. He had the part ordered and came back within a few days and fixed it as well. Darren is the best.
