“A couple months ago I decided to move into a camper permanently close to the lake. I was looking on Google and East Basin came up, I called and I was told to come by and take a look and see if it was something that would be interested on, because it is a new developing campground. I did drive by and I was pleased to see the property! I moved in a few days after that and don’t regret it one bit very quiet, Super private, close to the lake, pet friendly, beautiful at night, respectful neighbors, owners pretty much give you a spot that you can call home they’re not snooping around checking to see what you’re wearing, if you need anything they will respond quick,very well-maintained! I’m glad I chose this campground!!! I’m happy to call East Basin campground home!”

There are so many huge trees around, for beneficial shade, that we didn't even have to use our Canopy. The owners are striving to make this a deluxe place to stay at Keystone Lake. It is very beautiful here and so PEACEFUL and QUITE. Very clean, you see Troy picking up trash all the time. The HOT WATER guys so VERY HOT and stays hotter longer than your camper by far!!! “So this place is a pretty nice little RV park. The landlord is super nice and easy to talk to. It can be loud if your right next to the road but other than that it's not too noisy. Most of the time the neighbors don't bother anyone else in the RV park. And you never really hear your neighbors at all. So all in all it's a great place to stay.”

“We spent a couple weeks in our camper at the RV park. Recently purchased it and wanted to see how we did. The price here is VERY reasonable compared to other places and the staff is great. The only complaint we have is that another camper had a dog barking non-stop during early morning and late nights. Very irritating. Other than that, I would definitely recommend it.”

“We stayed in a rented RV here Mon-Friday. We have decided it will now have to be a yearly tradition we loved it so much. My son is 11 and enjoyed all the park has to offer. The basketball court across from our campsite was an added perk. We all played on the inflatable obstacle course and had so many laughs and so much fun watching each other fall off. We did learn water shoes with some grip on the bottom are a game changer for the adults who get tired of slipping off. The slides were fun and the pool area was nice. The owners and staff are very kind. We locked ourselves out of the RV and the staff or owner, not sure which, came to see if he had a spare key to help us out. When that didn't work he told us about a place in town to try and they came out with a spare key and got us unlocked. The lake is beautiful and not at all busy during the week. We had a whole island to ourselves and plenty of room to pull kids tubing without any other boats coming around us. Definitely recommend!”

“I have lived at West Oaks for 1 month going on my second month. I love it here, it's quiet, clean and know one that doesn't live here comes into the park. The owner and the manager are awesome. She keeps everything running smoothly. I had a problem with the hot water tank and she was on top of it to getting it fixed. When you have good management you have good tenants. I love it here and I'm not moving!”
