“I was originally put off by this company’s lack of a website. I had to call and speak with a live person! And it was really nice! The company’s owner actually called me herself (quite quickly—within about five minutes!) and explained they’re a local family business and they do everything they can to eliminate costs—so the website was one of the costs they chose to eliminate. Considering I called every website I looked at, this made sense to me!! She was so super nice, and went way beyond great service—she gave me some of the most amazing customer service I’ve ever experienced! Thank you, Spartan Storage!
