As soon as he got situated in the shop, he tended to us immediately. My tire value stem tore from something that damaged it while I was out muddin' at Cross Bar Offroading Site. Nick showed me the tear and allowed for me to see the process of him fixing my tire issue. He is impressive, friendly, informative, and the kind of guy that you would love to know, root for, and wish all the best to him.
