“The young black male working the counter was very helpful and courteous. Once I found out my package was at this location after being delayed 2 days I was ready to throw a fit lol. But I decided to stay calm and I was able to pick up my package with no incident. I was there for about 30 minutes but he kept me updated as to where and why my package was where it was. Great customer service with me and others that came in. I recommend having your package held at the location and you pick it up. Truck delivery is unreliable unfortunately.”

I recently called the Store to check on an item that I found on their website and the employee I spoke with was very helpful. He actually went back to the men’s department, located the item and offered to hold it for me until I could drive to the Store to pick it up. The item I wanted was a Marc Anthony vest and I was concerned that the size I wanted would be sold out. Kohl’s also has a very convenient Amazon return area where you can return items that were purchased on Amazon. The Store returns the items for you and every time we have utilized the service we were given a 25 percent coupon that could be used for Kohl’s merchandise. Great marketing tool...”

“We needed to provide a safe place for my mother-in-law to move into. She needed an extra bathroom and so we hired these guys to come in and create a bathroom for us out of an old laundry room and an outside access storage space. They had to tear down walls, create walls, install new sewer lines waterlines, create a new floor and then tile at all within a very short period of time as we needed to move her in within a two week span. I forgot to mention that they also installed a walk-in shower in the old bathroom and removed the tub. We are all very very happy campers. The room is beautiful and everything is up and running and in excellent order. I Highly recommend them.”
