There was an issue with our title but the associate told us how to fix the issue and how to keep it from delaying our transaction. He even went the extra mile by calling the tag agency to have them fax a corrected document so that we could sell our car that day. He truly went above and beyond and we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. The facility was spotless, including the restrooms, and it was obvious they take COVID precautions very seriously. This was so much simpler than trying to sell our car in a private party sale. This will be our first stop for any future car sales or if we are ever in the market for a used car. This is truly some of the best customer service I have ever received. I do feel they inflate prices on certain items of value more than they should compared to other stores, such items like bicycles, Christmas trees and name brand items behind the registers- when they are clearly in used condition- not to mention given to them for free. A pair of bicycles where there last week (May 2020) and they were charging $300 each! EACH! They were Diamondbacks but still, WOW! So I will not spend that kind of money on something with no warranty or the option to return if item is defective. As far as decor, shoes and clothing goes, they have more than reasonable prices on those items. Really miss the Moore location!”

“This was a granite job: i thought Summer the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly , and what we wound up with completely transformed our home! The install went well on schedule and on time . Bring your rough measurements with you so Summer can show you what pieces you can use or need slab for bigger projects. Their competitor charged 200 for first cut out, 100 for each additional, and Summer Beat that and same Price for all cut outs. Beautiful 1/4 bevel which would have been an up charge for competitor. The other company had a smooth salesman but Summer’s price was not beatable. I recommend paying close attention to communication, both giving and receiving, I had forgotten I agreed to removal of old countertops, but last minute they rallied and helped me finish the removal for a very reasonable fee. They even stayed late because of my oversight. Highly recommend!! Just listen closely and check the details before installation, well worth it.”
