This location always seems to have their customers in mind and their staff are well trained. The drive thru area itself was in good order unlike some places were the drive thru lane is littered with trash. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a good night out with great food and service. Keep it up Braum’s this is how you should be treated when going to a restaurant”

I ran into a couple of financial issues and they were readily willing to help me out and let me split up my payments to make it affordable for me instead of having to lose my furniture. As long as you let them know what's going on then they will try to work for you and not against you. Unfortunately I'm going to have to leave them for the most part. They are not going to be able to match the prices of American Freight and right now I simply need a lower payment and it's going to be quicker for me to own my furniture. The time that I have left on my couches and refrigerator is a little over a year I will own my furniture with American Freight in 6 months or less.”

It's very rare you get good customer service around here, but him always being so friendly and polite is really appreciated.
