“If you’re fascinated with outlaws and the old west, the Boot Hill section is a nest place to a visit. You’ll find the graves of several outlaws the most well known being Bill Doolin & Elmer McCurdy but don’t forgot to go up the hill a little way to see a couple other less famous bandits. You can visit up until 10 pm when the gates close. There are signs in the cemetery directing you to Boot Hill but I’d suggest you look up the cemetery map beforehand to get your bearings because it’s a large cemetery.”

“I went here to attend a memorial service. He was a friend that lived next door from my parents house. The building was kept very clean and well maintained. The worship area was very nice and modern. The memorial service was very beautiful and many of his family members spoke or sang during the service. The minister was very well spoken and he had spent time getting to know about the individual that had passed away. He was able to prepare a very good talk that up lifted everyone in attendance. The individual's has a sibling that their family attends there.”

They sat in the room with me having an emotional breakdown while I waited for one of my cats to be euthanized and did their level best to comfort me. Just damn good people.
