“I love the redesign. The owner (Nikki) could easily be an interior designer. Nikki cut and styled my friends hair while Gracie styled mine. They both did a wonderful job! We walked out feeling like a million bucks. They even took photos of us using a ring light. The photos look amazing! My friend and I learned a lot about hair as well as how to keep our new styles looking good. This was hands down the best salon experience I've ever had. I highly recommend it!!!”

“Due to the nature of this place it isn't exactly a somewhere you want to visit. The lady at the counter however was super helpful and friendly. You're probably here to pay a fine (that was probably your fault). I thought I was walking in to pay a couple hundred dollars but she told me to go get a receipt and turned it into a $60. Ultimately, they didn't make the law or give you the ticket. And being able to take money from angry people as a punishment, while still managing to be friendly and helpful is pretty cool. “My experience with AAA was top notch. Eric went above and beyond to get me scheduled in for warranty work estimates. I am a full timmer in my RV. When I realized we had scheduled over a holiday weekend, and I would be without my home for extra days, I called Eric. He, without skipping a beat told me to go ahead and bring it in, stating that he and Patrick would get on it and get me out the same day, so I would have my home back. Once I pulled into the yard, I experienced nothing but professionalism and kindness. Eric and Patrick both came out and got started right away. Before I left the owner came out and met with me. I am sure he is a very busy man. My thoughts was what a wonderful thing for him to do, because it most definitely left me with good feelings about leaving my rig with them to repair. “The good: Customer service is excellent. Special thanks to Dalton for always keeping in touch and dropping what he’s doing to help me. These guys (and girls) are really busy and they clearly care about what they do. Ghassan and the team went out of their way to help me get a working engine back in my car before a deadline, cutting weeks off their typical lead time to get me taken care of. Also, the engine isn’t half bad. Used to have some serious quality control issues, but now that they have better machinery and a run stand, your engine will likely be in great working order. Ghassan used to just have the best prices, but now they have the best prices and high quality engines almost always. The bad: It’s the “almost always” part that’s the issue. The warranty system is clever for business, but it does not prioritize righting the wrong for the customer. If your engine blows up, you could be out several thousand in all the fees they charge just to get a new one put in, not to mention the time you’ll lose. I think raising the prices and having a satisfaction guarantee for customers by taking care of them no matter what would remedy the one major Achilles heel of Ghassan Automotive. Ghassan himself is a nice guy who will happily give discounts when he deems them necessary, but the legal wording of the warranty is harsh and makes the consumer uneasy about such a large purchase. TLDR: Buy an engine from them and you will get excellent value, but be aware of what you’re signing away in customer protection. Would buy again.”
