Our home/roof had some storm damage and our Blacksmith Roofing staff member/sales rep Dillon was beyond kind, informative, and incredibly personable - along with the roofing specialist Austin, who took the time to also be incredibly diligent with his communication and notifying us when things would begin and take place. Dillon was an abundant help with navigating through the ins and outs of our insurance company, as well as every other step along the way. Everything was explained very clearly and concisely and all staff went above and beyond to make themselves available for questions and answers before, during, and after the roofing process. The roofing workers who did the hard work of the one-day install in the August heat treated our home and property with respect and covered of our wood decks and property around the home with tarps and cleaned up after the roof install was done as if it had never even happened.
