In A Child's Path Farm Preschool

I currently work as a Head Teacher at In A Child's Path Farm School in Boring, Oregon (and I've been here for just over a year). What originally drew me to work here was the amazing outdoor environments and the large amount of time spent outdoors...rain or shine! We have several garden spaces where the children are involved in planting, tending, and harvesting. There are several water play features, a very large sandbox, tumble down hill (with a crawl through tunnel underneath), a rock wall climber fort with a slide, a loose parts imagination station, several natural calming areas, a dome climber, a Zipline, bike paths, a grassy play area, a snack/meeting circle, an outdoor sink for hand washing, a forest area, and an art studio. I love that our young learners have such a variety of activities and ample opportunities to play, to learn, and to explore. We do also have a fun indoor space where, during the school year, we have our meals, learning in the little house, and various learning play centers.
It is by far the most fun place I have ever taught at, and our families and children are amazing!
