I brought my truck in with what I thought was a serious issue. I explained the truck symptoms and was told the truck wouldn’t be looked at for a week or so. Perfectly fine. By my surprise, I was called 2 days later, saying they found the issue, as it was a loose ground wire going from the cab to the frame. The truck runs amazing now with no check engine lights, all the gauges and stereo work as they should. I will be back!

Ron, Colby, and team worked very hard to get me and my family back on the road. We were travelling through pulling our RV when our truck broke down. I called around everywhere and no other shops/dealers were even able to look at our truck for several weeks. I called Jerry's and they jumped right on diagnosing the problem and finding the only part (I think in the USA) available. Everyone else the part was out for 3-4 weeks out!! Ron had the part overnighted but the part got lost in transit (awesome right)....he worked very hard to track the part down and was able to get us fixed up and back on the road. I would highly recommend Jerry's Auto & Diesel because they are very knowledgeable, honest, and won't take advantage of the "out of towner" and price gouge.
