(January 18, 2021, 3:44 pm)A well cared for family community. No trash, well maintained grounds and super on top of everything manager(Kari) and she’s very nice. Is a quite community but there’s a playground and the occasional kid on a scooter or someone doing their daily walk/run. There’s a mix of brand new homes and older single manufactured homes as well. Plenty of parking unlike other manufactured home communities I’ve visited(one of the reasons why everything looks neat and organized). You feel safe here and there’s plenty of nature around you to give you that peace and home sweet home feeling.
