Virginia Getz

As a retired Real Estate Broker, I do still get calls or emails from past contacts wishing to buy or sell property. They are important people to me! So, I always refer them to someone I know that can get the job done, no matter what difficulties or complexities arise. That Broker is Virginia Getz. We found Virginia in 2018 when we began looking for our new home; we have bought and sold many properties and were struck by how much she knows about houses; how they are built, what can go wrong, and what it takes to fix them; she is also very versed in the negotiation and sale process. After two years and a few failed sale contracts we bought our beautiful new home. When it was time to sell our old home of course we had Virginia list it. We followed her suggestions and within 48 hours we were in contract! Virginia is VERY active in the transaction from beginning to end, ensuring that everything moves through and clearing any challenges.

I was very impressed with her knowledge of the market and details that made the purchase of my new home smooth. I have purchased many homes in my life, but this was my first new build and I really appreciated her guiding me along the way on this one!
