  Jim was absolutely fantastic to work with! I'm moving off my parent's auto insurance and was completely overwhelmed with how complicated insurance can be. Luckily Jim took the time to answer all of my questions and figure out what option was right for me. He ended up recommending that I stay with my parent's insurance company (Amica) and work with Amica directly because it was the cheapest option to get the coverage I needed. Even though Jim didn't make any money off of me, he still treated me with a professional and friendly attitude. I'd recommend Miller to anyone looking for insurance!

  I am the Programs Coordinator for the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce.   I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Jim at Miller Insurance! A week ago, I knew absolutely nothing about auto insurance other than that I was probably woefully under-insured, but Jim took the time to explain fully each item line on my policy and it would affect me if I were ever involved in a major accident. He was in no rush, answered all of my questions, and provided a lot of insight. Even though I haven't even purchased insurance through Miller yet, I feel like Jim really cares about my well-being and he has encouraged me to keep reaching out to him whenever I have insurance questions (which is often!!) and has been about a thousand times more responsive than my current insurance company - I think Jim and I have chatted more in the last week than my current insurance co and I have in the past month!! I'm so glad I decided to reach out to Miller Insurance and look forward to doing business with Jim in the future!

  I recently met with Jim Ruiz at Miller Insurance as I was considering changing my insurance coverage. Jim was great at helping me go through my current coverage and deciphering where it was lacking and where I could save some money. He was very friendly and personable and I highly recommend Jim Ruiz and Miller Insurance for auto, home, boat and umbrella insurance coverage.
