Well worth the cost...even if you need a jumpstart to start working out on your own, you could do like I am & just buy the membership for a short time; your personal coach walks you thru each workout, VERY helpful & encouraging- Emily & Preston've been SO good. Mellow & genuine, not pushy. Hi tech equipment makes the most of multiple muscle groups at once, so a 25 minute workout is equivalent to a 1 hour workout. & if u start because of my review here, it'll save both you & I each $50...mention Debra P ;) I hope to join 1 of their new group workout sessions next; costs less.

I worked with Tyler who is excellent to work with, knowledgeable, and I recommend him as a coach for getting the max out of your training experience. The machines are amazing. Being an avid cross training enthusiast. Tyler was able to show how I can gain strength & maximize muscle fatigue in an intense 20 -30 minutes. I see huge benefit in this training concept.
