(January 28, 2018, 6:04 pm)Part of Lake Oswego's outstanding school system. Always clean. Good teachers. On low traffic neighborhood roads so kids could walk to school without high risk of getting run down. Only homes near school, no shady businesses. City park next door. Good playground equipment.
