Pacific Hot Tub Solutions - Portland

We had the most incredible experience with Kim and Scott at Pacific Hot Tub Solutions. We spent a day looking at various places for a swim spa. By far Scott was the most knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions. He even welcomed us back the next day to show our children! The kids loved being able to see what we wouldn’t stop talking about. The spa has every feature we could have dreamed of and more. The delivery was incredible and they are very skilled at what they do, our delivery wasn’t they easiest. Also it was a couple month process while we got the concrete pad and electric figured out and they were so patient with us and all of our phone calls with questions. I wouldn’t hesitate purchasing anything from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions, they are the BEST in the business.

We'd tried to get our hot tub removed and everybody we contacted ended up flaking or couldn't do it. The three guys from Pacific Hot Tub Solutions showed up exactly on time, were friendly and professional, and carefully extracted our giant hot tub out of our yard safely and efficiently. It was windy and hailing outside that day and they didn't complain once. Highly recommend this company. Thanks!

Excellence all the way! I needed to have my Oregon Hot Springs Spa removed as I no longer was using it. I knew it was going to be a challenge because my deck had been built around the Hot Tub. The two employees who came out made the whole process look effortless. From the moment they came to when they left, it was handled so professionally. Even my first initial contact withe company was top notch. You normally would think this would not be a fun process to go through, but if you have Pacific Hot Tub Solutions handle it for you, it comes pretty darn close. Kudos to the two fellows who came out to my house. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

11-5-2020 UPDATE: This company is superb!! I was so thankful when they professionally removed my hot tub. Today, a surprise in the mail came. My Hot Tub was sold and as promised, the check was enclosed. I simply can not recommend them more highly to you. A very rare wonderful company. A huge thank you to Kim for all of her help!
