Don Chico's

A true hidden gem. This place has the most authentic Mexican food I have had in over two years. I recommend the carne asada plate, I have had it four times now and every time I get it the meat is perfectly cooked, tender and succulent. As you can probably tell I would eat here every day of my life If my wife would let me.

Don Chico's is in a building that was originally a Skippers, and then a McCraes Breakfast Joint. The booths and chairs are uncomfortable, so I'm not crazy about eating in the building. Parking is good. The food is excellent and portions are quite large. The server I interacted with was not friendly and spoke English with a strong accent. She also seems to think that Spanish is a secret language. She is wrong. I'll be back, but I hope that I get a different server.

Great food! Great service! I came in to the restaurant the day before with a list of 30 orders that I needed for the next morning before 7 AM and everyone was super helpful and made it happen and and we got our food for our meeting the next morning on time! Great job Don Chico's staff!!

Very clean place! Delicious Mexican food! It will be my new local go to place for Mexican take out.
