  I had both knees replaced about 3 months apart and had an excellent recovery experience through the services of Benchmark. PT Eleanor Jones along with intern Kassidy were exceptional in working with me to strengthen my body and return my range of motion. The entire team, including the receptionist were attentive and caring. I was very pleased with my progress there and highly recommend them.

  I highly recommend c.h. PT. I spent a couple of month here for an ankle injury. The staff there is amazing! I worked with Sammi and she was awesome. She never made me feel dumb about doing an exercise wrong, was super supportive, and made continuing the healing process at home between appointments really easy. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and I will definitely go back if I ever find myself injured in the future!

  My primary care physician suggested c.h. physical therapy after assessing my pain problems. I called c.h. physical therapy in Milwaukie and I am pleased with both my PCP’s suggestion and my choice. After an initial assessment by Kimberly, Jessica managed my rehabilitative program. She stressed the importance of good form during the exercises and gradually added components to the program. Jessica recorded what we did at each session and that record was available to me for use between sessions. The program was very effective and I am very pleased with the instruction, with the support given by Jessica and the staff (e.g. reminders of my appointments), and with the results. I recommend c.h. physical therapy and Jessica to anyone needing physical therapy.

  I have been going to C.H. Therapy for a little while and it has been a great experience. I find Tricia and Sammi to be great PT's! They are very knowledgeable, personable, and really listen to their clients. My time at therapy is well spent stretching and strengthening; I am also given great exercises to work on at home. They are both so good at observing form and making small adjustments to help maximize my therapy. Everyone is also very welcoming when you show up.

  C.H. Physical Therapy has been very helpful for my knee replacement. They have a great facility with equipment and more importantly they have great therapist's that truly care about your rehabilitation. I highly recommend their service's for a successful recovery.
