Jonny, the service department Manager took good care of me, making sure I had all the information I needed regarding a recall issue on my car. (It turned out to be a quick fix for the engine cooling fan.) Jonny was personable, courteous and patient in explaining what was needed and it was great to get my car serviced where the mechanics know FIATs well. ;) McLoughlin FIAT completed the work I needed in a timely manner and didn't try to sell me more than I went in for. Thanks, guys! I'll be back.

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and the experience was the best I've had with purchasing a car. Massimo Orisini really took care of me. He was professional courteous and seemed to genuinely care about what I was looking for more so than just making a sale. When I left the car lot, I actually got more than what I anticipated. I just returned from having a minor warranty issue fixed by the service department at McLoughlin Fiat, and the service and experience was exceptional. Jon Brooks, my service advisor was very courteous and was able to work me in even though I was almost an hour late for my appointment. This is the second time that Jon has waited on me, and he is a very congenial and professional service advisor. I only needed the boot latch repaired, as it had come loose, and they not only fixed it at no charge, but they washed and vacuumed my car as well! Great job, Jon, and I'll see you in a few weeks for my oil change!
