Craft Electric

My B&B guest bathrooms were without power. I had exhausted my, not too shabby DIYer knowledge, trying to find the issue but it was beyond me.
Jeff of Craft Electric was referred by a friend and he scheduled Carlos to come out the next day. I really needed a quick response to get my business open again and Jeff understood.
Carlos was very communicative when he ran into a longer than expected service call scheduled before mine. When he arrived he took the time to listen thoroughly to the issue and what I had done in attempt to fix it. He found the problem and got it fixed within the two hour minimum.
I feel Carlos and Craft Electric earned the very reasonable fee they charged. I will call them first if I need electrical work done in the future.
