Black's Pest gave me a 5 star service from the moment I reached out to them to help me with a termite and wood eating beetle issue in the basement. They came out and performed a free assessment in the crawlspace to which they suited and crawled around. They provided me with quick verbal feedback and a quick turnaround on the quote. Once they provided me with the quote I had them on the schedule...just as easy as that. Definitely keep these guys in your back pocket. I cannot say enough good about both Sarah and Bernard; my experience was exceptional. I unfortunately had a very difficult raccoon infestation; mother and three cubs in my attic that were well hidden and inaccessible. Bernard came up with a very experienced strategy to force them out so they could be handled. It took several visits and they are now all safely gone. His professionalism, patience, and responsiveness is world class. I will forever go to them whenever I have any pest or rodent problem.
