I was seeking a gym that safely focused on different muscle groups each day - including strength and conditioning. Nick has been a great instructor since I started and I look forward to his ongoing guidance and challenges. Cheers for the early morning classes too - come see what EPICenter is all about! 👍
(February 24, 2020, 9:56 am)Full disclosure- I took classes from Nick at other gyms. Been coming to this one for a few weeks trying it out. Love the 5:30am time slot and energy of a 7-10 person class. Good equipment, clean environment, and already seeing gains. I would call this CrossFit Lite, full body workout but not as cult like. Emphasis on safety and adjusting to individual fitness ability.
(February 24, 2020, 8:18 am)Great facility with new equipment. Coaches are amazing! Nick is great at scaling the workout for all fitness levels and making sure you are challenged. He also really pays attention to form and safety, which I appreciate. It's a pretty diverse group - you really see all ages and fitness levels there. All in all, a very welcoming environment. They also have open gym hours which is an added bonus.
