“I could not say enough positive things about our experience with Jen. I did not think to have my first two births photographed. Prior to my third delivery, the idea was presented to me to have my birth photographed. I had some hesitancy about the idea because my husband and I are quite private people. Having another person at the birth and photographing my moments when i would be most vulnerable made me nervous. However, knowing it was my last birth and after talking with Jen, I felt like it was something I would cherish for a lifetime. Jen has a thorough talk with us prior to my labor about what I felt comfortable with. She was great at checking in with me prior to my labor and timely when we called her to my labor. During my labor she was very respectful of my space. She was so quiet you would not have even known she was there. However, as things intensified at the end, knowing she was a labor nurse, and she had also experience unmedicated births, her presence was comforting. She encouraged me by acknowledging my feelings. She captured the most incredible moments between my husband, myself, our newborn, my daughters, and my support team. I will forever cherish the moments she captured for us. Moments that I would have never been able to see, including my daughter helping alongside the newborn nurse with her new brothers first assessment. If you are considering having your birth captured, you won’t be disappointed by your experience and the final product!”

“Love this place. I only have one, minor issue with my storage unit. The only time I've been Claustrophobic, was a M.R.I. at hospital. First visit to my storage, I opened the entry door, walked the short hallway to my unit. As soon as I got to the pull up door for my unit, I felt claustrophobic, Panicked, short of breath. I had to run outside to calm down, catch my breath. Strange part is nothing in hallway that would make a person(normal person)feel confined, and claustrophobic. Next visit, same thing. Now, I have to leave the entry door halfway opened to avoid the claustrophobia every visit. This has nothing to do with, or is a negative reflection on the business or employees. Just a weird quirk for the ol fella I guess.”

He gave us a very good price, and everything that we needed was included free of charge. When it was delivered, Jason went above and beyond getting it installed. We have a very high deck, and they were able to get the old tub out and the new one in. He spent a lot of extra time with us and had it all installed and ready to go. “Doctor Carry did a great job and was super flexible and helpful with offering me empty spots in the office schedule to get everything done in a very short amount of time! I was having an emergency as I realized a cavity was deep went all the way down to the bottom of my tooth but was moving to NY in just a few days. They only had one opening in July that I would only be doing an exam only but I was leaving July 31, their first opening being Aug 1. I canceled that appointment as I needed not an exam but work done on my tooth. After trying to get in at different clinics and being unable I asked back at Arrow to see if they had a last minute opening. They did and instead of doing the exam I asked if they could just fill my broken tooth. They did and did a good job. Then they had an opening for my full exam in their dental truck. So I took the exam and realized there was 5 more teeth that needed help. They had a last minute opening for an appointment the next day 1 1/2 opening. They fixed all my teeth and that afternoon were also able to get me in last minute for a cleaning too. So going from not thinking I would be able to get anything done, to fixing 6 teeth and an exam and cleaning from last minute openings in their schedule. What a great office! I especially thank Doctor Carry for doing her job well and being helpful so I could get all the work done!”
