The Staff at Manor Lake have been great with Mom. They have worked with her and our family since her arrival. I'm glad to say that she has actually improved since she has started living there and we couldn't be happier. They have been really good in working with her as she transitioned into the assisted living facility. Great Job and Thanks !!

I have a family member that has been there since they opened. The staff is amazing! The place is very clean. Recently had to move family member to the memory care side and could not be happier with transition for my loved one. They give her the attention she needs. They encourage interaction with other residents. Staff on the memory care (and regular area) is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am always kept in the loop with anything going on or any health concerns for my loved one. I highly recommend

Manor Lake has an amazing and caring administrative staff. I have had multiple clients there and all have been complementary of the service they have received. I know quite a few of the caregivers that work there and they love it as well. Which says a lot for the facility.

The employees really love their residents as they would their own family members. Great new building!

Stopped by for an oil change and the line to wait did not seem to long. Was helped by Ethan Jacob who was very professional, helpful and also busy greeting and assisting other customers. All of the employees were very busy and it was obvious they were trying their best to keep the wait time at a minimum. Great service today.

Had an amazing experience! They did not try to upsell me. Where completely honest about everything. Communicated respectfully to me (as a woman in a mechanic setting usually doesn't get me treated well). Anyways highly recommend. Seriously best oil change experience. I will be driving the 40 miles away to get it done there as needed from now on.

Brought in both my wife's car and then my own for oil changes after a mechanic in St. Helens recommended them. Calvin, Tyler, and Jacob were all friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. They do a great inspection of the car's fluid levels, lights, air filters, tire pressure, and I'm sure other things. Best part is they actually show you what they are finding so you can make an informed decision if you want to add a service. No pushy salesmanship, just honesty. Very pleasant and relaxing experience which will make getting an oil change that much easier in the future. Another great perk is the free car wash with every oil change and it can be redeemed at a different date and time of your convenience. We are happy we have Express Lube & Car Wash in Scappoose.

The staff was friendly and fast. I was in and out a lot quicker than I thought it would take. I'm way too lazy to change my own oil, so I've been getting my oil changed here for years; ever since they opened this location. And of course the free car wash with an oil change is also a great selling point.

Hunter, Jesse and Jacob were all standouts and each one was very professional. I really loved sitting in my car while the oil change was being done and just watching on the monitor. They were so great, fast and explained everything that was being done. Go there, you won't be disappointed. Excellent service!!! I will be going there from now on. Great job, Guys!
