Only downside is not a lot of shade on a warm day. -

(August 4, 2016, 12:39 pm)First time back to this place in almost 50 years, since High School! What a relaxing and beautiful place to visit. The pond was from an original mill, a remnant from the past. Old buildings still remain at the pond, one of which is called "The Ruins", a recipient of many graffiti artist throughout the years, a spectacular sight to visit. Picnic areas are available and campsites too, although the campsites are "primitive" so be prepared to rough it if you intend on spending the night. Day use fee is $5 if you stay longer than 20 minutes but well worth the investment. You won't be disappointed!
