Amazing customer service! I was looking for a specific kids' rain jacket online and found this company. They mailed it promptly, but unfortunately they inadvertently sent the wrong size. I contacted them and they had the correct size sent to me immediately. I live in Alaska and return shipping was going to be expensive, and they just let me keep the original jacket for my daughter to grow into. I would definitely order from them again!

I bought a raincoat on a trip to Alaska years ago and I loved it but finally wore it out. The only place I could find that sold the same brand was Drift Creek Outdoors. I ordered one from them, they shipped it promptly, but it turned out I had ordered the wrong size (a women's coat instead of a men's), so I had to return it. I explained what happened on the return sheet and Drift Creek shipped me a replacement, shipped for free. Great products, great service.
