The customer service was great! The owner is friendly and respectful and gave me all the options for what I was looking for the detailed explanation. I left with a smile on my face because of our pleasant conversation while I was purchasing at the counter.

Staff was super kind and helpful and showed me some amazing ukuleles! I ended up leaving with one that sounds amazing, for a great price, and is waterproof (as a new toddler mom, this is an aweosme bonus). I love it so much! Thanks again. We'll be back for sure.

The old man was so kind it’s looked small but they have a lot of stuff it’s a good place I got my viola from here 9/10 :) I love my new viola and they tell you if someone else try/use it and some places don’t tell you

Honestly, I would have been completely lost if it wasn't for the wonderful staff in this store. I wanted a violin for my wife, they were extremely helpful as I don't know anything about them. This violin almost brought my wife to tears. Wonderful experience.
