(March 7, 2022, 10:59 pm)I see this company has overwhelming negative reviews, and I have no doubt all those customers had a bad experience. My package was originally with FedEx but handed off to TForce. Once I learned this and saw the negative reviews, I was very worried it would get lost or damaged.
The only negative thing I can say so far is it took 2 weeks to deliver. That is ridiculous. Tracking showed bad weather. I don't believe it. Neither UPS or USPS had this problem.
The good news is an employee called me on a Friday to give me a scheduled delivery window on Monday. The driver was on time, and even though they only offer curbside delivery, he was nice enough to dolly it down a long sidewalk to my door. Friendly, polite, and respectful.
