Patrick was so friendly, professional, and helpful with the questions I had. He did a great job! He even pointed out a leak in our roof which was so nice!

Superb! When I started looking for a pest control service (no problem just wanted to be safe) it was hard to get answers from companies in the Portland area, and constantly felt like I was being lied to. When I called Tyler he was extremely friendly and very helpful. Him and his team are top notch! When they came out they did an inspection and found that I did have some ants in and outside the house! Insight continues to do a great job with an excellent service and wonderful costomer satisfaction.

I just got done with the second service and I am amazed at the level of quality for each service. I didn’t even know I had wasps nest in my eves and they took them down. I also haven’t seen any spiders or ants in the garden or even inside which is remarkable being that it is summer. I would definitively recommend .

Bryan and Joseph were both VERY kind, efficient, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Bryan explained the process, the pricing and answered all of our questions.

Joseph was great! Very quick but we could tell he knew what he was doing. He wore a mask, shoe covers, and gloves. Very thoughtful!

So grateful for insight pest control, but mostly for Bryan and Joseph making this a great experience!
