  I LOVE Michelle! This PT worked tirelessly with me to get back to rugby after some serious knee & shoulder injuries. She is patient & encouraging but gives you a kick when you need it! She’s informative and is someone that is always in your corner cheering for your success. Not much more you can ask for in the realm of physios! 10/10 would recommend.

  As a high performance athlete and trainer of the same, I cannot stress the importance of having a competent and experienced PT in your corner. When I am in need of innovative ways to optimize my performance or bounce back from injury, Dr. Gilpin has proven herself time and time again as the one for the job. She is meticulously detailed in her assessments and her work ethic is beyond reproach. That is why I refer all of my athletes to her and I will always consult with her on matters of optimal performance.

  Michelle is amazing in that she is both thorough and caring. I have something strange going on in my running gait. Michelle watched me move every which way, did a running analysis on the treadmill which gave us some answers and was awesome. But the best part was she wasn’t satisfied that she really got to the root of the issue, reviewed the videos again and found a super subtle but important piece of my gait that is the likely culprit. She came back to me with new exercises and made sure I knew how to do them properly. I am lucky to collaborate with her but even luckier to be able to send my coached athletes her way when problems arise. Recommend!!!

  Working with Michelle has been extremely effective for addressing my lower back and knee issues. She is skilled at keeping you motivated and empowering you to feel confident in your ability to get fit and healthy. And she has a fun and enjoyable personality! I actually look forward to going to PT because of how great Michelle is, and most importantly, I have seen vast improvements over the months we've been working together. I've been somewhat of a couch potato in my adult years and because of the progress we have made, I am looking forward to exploring my potential for physical activity and sports in the future.

  Michelle is the first and last PT you’ll ever need. She has prehabbed and rehabbed me from a gnarly hip surgery, broken foot, and sprained ankle. She has limitless patience and cares deeply about her patients and their recovery. Her approach is completely holistic, which is reflected in her treatment plan.
