Instead of just diving right into a treatment, Mason makes sure to thoroughly understand what I have been experiencing and does a series of quick tests to tailor a treatment to me. After each session, we go over different stretches and movements to help alleviate long term repetitive stress. Each time I have felt that Mason has my best interests and long term health at heart.

After only two visits, Mason’s thoughtful approach to treatment fixed what a chiropractor and several massage therapists couldn’t. The combination of massage, acupuncture, and cupping has given me back a range of motion I was resigned I’d never have again.

(May 1, 2019, 1:21 am)I was dealing with knee pain from running for 3 months and after a couple visits with Mason, I ran 10miles then PR’d my 5k time pain free! I love how she uses the combo of acupuncture, massage and cupping all in one treatment- it is so effective. She thinks of all the little things too, like a weighted eye cover when you’re face up on the table to make treatment more relaxing.
