My wife and I were just about to head out for the day when we noticed that a couple of squirrels were inside our house. We don't know how they got in. They were just there. We didn't feel we could leave with them still inside the house. Who knows what they would've gotten into.
We were frantically calling around trying to find someone who did squirrel removal. There weren't any place we found for like six or seven calls. We finally came across this company and Shawn told us that they could permanently solve our squirrel problem. He gave us an estimate which sounded fair.
Shawn came out about an hour later and was able to discover where the raccoons were at. He was very thorough and very quick and how he responded. He was able to find them in a spot that we could not even see. It was pretty amazing.
He was able to capture and remove the squirrels from our house in less than an hour. That was pretty remarkable. We have already recommended Shawn to a friend. We just wanted to add this review as well.

I was originally going to give these guys a bad review after the first time that Shawn came out. He treated around my home for rats, but wasn't very effective in whatever he did. Days later I was still having the same problem. He put out rat traps that didn't capture really anything. I was really disappointed. He came out about four days later and was a little perplexed himself. He actually tried some more aggressive treatments that worked. It took about five more days before he had gotten rid of the rats and I was appreciative that he continued to stay on the job until he got it done. He came back every day afterwards to make sure that there were none on the traps or that we had seen in the house, and it was fine. The service we can appreciate.

No one likes to kill babies, so when a raccoon had had her babies in my shed I didn't want to do anything to harm them. I simply worry that the mother would get more aggressive with the babies around. That put my kids in danger.
I could really use repellents either. I didn't want the mother to go away. The babies would die.
Your technician Mike did a great job of capturing all of the babies and the mother, keeping them all together in the cage so that they weren't separated. He told me there was a great preserve area he could take the mother and babies to where they would be fine. I was thankful for how gentle and humane he was with the raccoons while still getting rid of them. What a great experience.

My father once said to me - “Don’t do a plumber’s job just to save a few quid. It’ll cost you a hundred times more in the long run.”

I should have listened to those words. I attempted to do a wildlife removal officers job to save a few quid, and it really did cost me a hundred times more. When I eventually got around to calling these guys in, the problem was out of hand ... and there was a lot of damage. If I’d called them right at the beginning, the job would have been a LOT cheaper.

I really liked the wildlife guy that came to my house, and I've had my fair share or arrogant wildlife control people. They've always added on extra fees, or made the job much more complex than it actually needs to be, but these champs are no muss, no fuss. They always turn up on time, with a smile on their faces, and the job is easy--easy, even taking care of the cleanup. Great company, honestly. Couldn't recommend them more.
