When I brought my bike (81/YAM/XS400) to HDR it was in pieces, literally. Gage thoroughly went through everything and was super communicative about what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and how long it would take. Naturally, there were some issues after the big obvious ones were taken care of (ie. the wiring harness). Gauge always touched base about what was going on, made sure I was comfortable with the costs and tried to save me money when possible. He even dropped my bike off when it was finished cause we're all in quarantine! Overall he was upfront, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional and it ended up costing less than I had anticipated spending. I will definitely be bringing my bike back to HDR for any work it needs!

Great experience at HDR with my 1970 Honda CL 450. I had laundry list of little needs, wants, and questions, and Gage helped cost and prioritize the items. Work was carried out very well, and the twin Mikuni carbs dialed in. She's being running awesome since.

Gage gave my bike an oil change and tune up for a very reasonable price. I'm confident he wouldn't suggest or charge you for something the bike didn't need. I'll definitely go to HDR again in the future.
