  Wow! Chris Hoover!! Hands down the most respectful and professional car salesman I have ever met!! he did not pressure us into any vehicle, was honest and was focused on our needs for our family. He immediately took care of our request and addressed every question we had!! I would recommend Chris Hoover to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!!!

  Where do I begin. After going from dealer to dealer only to be told this is all we have or getting the feeling they weren't trying. I came to Flow Honda at the recommendation of some family. To say they truly went above and beyond is honestly and understatement. Chris Hoover is the salesmen of all salesmen. He not only listened. He truly cared. He took my budget into consideration and tailored a car and payment plan to fit me. He also didn't confine me to just one lot. He searched high and low everywhere to find the car that was just right for me. If you are truly in need of a car. Flow Honda is the place to go. And if you want some extra care and attention. Chris Hoover is the man to ask for. Will definitely shop here again for my next car.

  My dad and I got to the dealership and were looking at cars they had on the lot, Matt quickly came out to help us and told us about a used Lexus they had. I wasn’t too sure about it at first because it wasn’t even on my list of what I had been looking for but Matt convinced me to give it a drive and I absolutely fell in love with the car. He quickly answered any questions I had and was very helpful with my decision. Definitely recommend asking for Matt Swope when needing help finding a great car!!

  Just purchased our new car and we received great customer service from all we interacted with at Honda Flow, Winston-Salem. My wife and I worked with Noah Weber and he was wonderful to work with. He was very professional, helpful and patient. Barry and Blaine were also awesome. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Noah to anyone. Thank you again!

  My wife and I were very satisfied with the customer service that our car salesman Chris Hoover displayed! He was very helpful with helping us pick out a a vehicle not only once but twice!! He was very friendly and patient and knowledgeable!! I would recommend anyone that is in the Winston Salem or triad area that’s in the market to definitely go see Chris. He will take care of you and you’ll have fun in the process!! Thanks a lot Chris, we really appreciate you buddy!!

  I went to a hair saloon today where I asked the stylist for a number "3" on the sides and back with a fade and to just trim the top and make it nice and even. About 6 minutes into the haircut she was done. The haircut was absolutely atrocious, looked very bad and unpleasant. It Had some very hard fade lines and the neck line was very forced and frankly was the worst haircut I've seen.
  I ended up calling heritage Barbershop and spoke to Jenn over the phone, I told her the situation and she said she wouldn't have time to fix the haircut Until the next day. I then ended up asking her if I can at least come in and have her take a look at it and see if anything can be done about it. I ended up coming in about 20 minutes after the phone call and Jenn ended up fixing the haircut tight there on the spot, no appointment or anything. She did a wonderful job, I was ready to go bald before Jenn fixed it because of how bad the haircut was. Jenn took her time and fixed all the horrible mistakes the previous hair stylist did (at a different hair salon). Absolutely amazing experience and would recommend Heritage Barbershop especially Jenn to anyone in need of a PROPER haircut.
  I will definitely be returning, 10/10 service

  Cool spot!! My first time in and Kimberly was great. She was very friendly. Great haircut, and great neck massage with warm towel to top it off. I’m new to Portland and was looking for a Barber shop. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!
