I didn't even buy my Boston Whaler from Trudeau's, but when I called hoping to secure a replacement for the owners packet that originally came with my '89 Montauk, they told me they had some recent packet's in stock, and that I could have one - no charge. We recently purchased a brand new Heyday boat from Trudeau's. Our experience was outstanding. They were very fair on price, had tremendous knowledge of the product and were very accommodating during the purchase process. We ended up working directly with the owner Mike Trudeau and the experience was great. He was extremely helpful and put absolutely no pressure on us at all to buy. I could tell he genuinely wanted to make sure we selected the boat that would best fir the needs of our family.

The situation with COVID-19 makes large purchases like this a little more complicated but Trudeau's has navigated this very well. We felt complete safe in the showroom and during the purchasing/paperwork process.
