Nestled between Double Tree Hotel and the expensive waterfront condos, the fitness club remain affordable, for the amount of machines, and the cozy ambience that greets members. The cool breeze music, and the relatively safe environment makes the place ideal for family workout. I particularly like the punching bags, and the cadio machines. I am way into my one year membership, and I can't wait to renew again. The owner Troy is a marine vet, and a superb personal trainer..
