Great people. More than willing to help. Offer solutions not road blocks for every problem. Help in getting large items to your car. Will not accept tips. This is a good place with great employees. I buy all my electronics and supplies here. Join the Geek Squad for unlimited services for a full year on all your electronics whether or not you bought them at Best Buy. It's the best buy along with AAA road service I do each year.

Great experience. Came down from Seattle to buy some Apple products. Salesperson was very helpful and I was able to price match to Amazon.com

This location was not as busy as other retail stores. Like other Best buy stores, it is very spacious so I felt very safe shopping here.

Isaac in the mobile department was super helpful and personable. My partner and I both agree that it was the best phone buying experience we've ever had, start to finish. Thank you for the excellent customer service! We'll be back next time we need an upgrade or replacement!

Last few times I went to this location the whole staff was super helpful and kind. No matter how many times I asked for help they happily went out of their way. Were even truthful about their own opinions on products to help me make a decision! Overall, the staff here has been exceptional lately :)

A salesman checked inventory to see if the MP3 I wanted was in stock. Then he took me to the location of the item and helped me select the exact model I wanted. (The salesman could have easily directed me to the area he thought the MP3s were located and left me to locate them by myself.)

It was so nice to get the personal help and to get in and out of the store quickly. I don't go to Best Buy very often, but customer care like this seems to be standard which is why I continue to go there.
