I am such a huge fan of Dr. Green! She has helped me a lot and has been very patient and caring. I even told her once, she has great empathy for people.
I tried on a pair of headphones for a walking tour on vacation, and thought they were broken because I couldn't hear them well. As soon as I got back, my primary Dr. referred me to Mt. Hood ENT, and I'm so glad he did.
Dr. Green was able to test me and get me set up with a great set of hearing aides and now I can't imagine my life without them. I love wearing them!
I always receive top notch care at Mt Hood ENT and they have an incredible staff.
Through my "hearing loss journey", I learned a valuable lesson. Always get a baseline test to refer to in the future! I wish I had done that. Even if you hear great, get it tested so that if you do experience hearing loss over time, you have something to compare it to. Just another great suggestion I got from Dr. Green that I always pass on to others.
If you are looking for the best possible care for your hearing, I can't think of anyone better than Dr. Green.

Dr. Rikki Green has been very thorough from my first visit. She took the time to not only test my hearing but explained my hearing issues. She recommended what would be the best aids and tested my hearing with the aids to verify the settings. After having some difficulty with one of the hearing aids, she arranged with the manufacturer for not just a replacement but an upgrade to a pair of the latest generation of hearing aids. I would highly recommend Dr. Green and the group at Mt Hood ENT.

She is incredible knows sher stuff and will listen to all concerns, just an incredible perso who cares, thank goodness.

My hearing had been declining over time from working in a noisy environment, riding loud motorcycles, etc.
scheduled appointment to have hearing tested and it was determined that I had enough hearing loss to qualify for hearing assistance.
Dr Green worked with my insurance to get approval for hearing aids. Once approved I was scheduled for fitting.
Was able to wear them 10 to 12 hours a day from that first day. Follow up two weeks later for a comfort adjustment.
I can’t believe how much I was missing because of my hearing loss.
I strongly recommend visiting Dr Green if you suspect that you are missing out on life because of hearing loss.
